Poor
Beyond disappointed in customer service
I am extremely disapointed in the customer service here. We were very excited to stay but unfortunately had to undergo an emergency medical procedure. Hotels.com did an amazing job trying to advocate for our needs seeking either a full refund or credit to stay at a later time. I understand the cancelation policy. But incredibly upset that human decency and consideration wasn't applied in this case.

The stay was perfect, everything I needed. The atmosphere was quiet and private. The owner was pleasant and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room (the wild rose) had a nice view of the front garden. I would stay here again. Thank you.
