No Help, No Stay
The hotel gave NO assistance when a family member medical condition required us to change location so there was no stay- very unhappy and will never book here again.

Hotel was buried within a medical complex so not scenic but it was fine for our purposes. Had to wait some time upon arrival for someone to arrive at the desk. There’s a parking garage attached but if you need to take car out it gets expensive. Mattress was saggy but room was otherwise in good condition.

From the beginning I knew that something was wrong. No-one was at the desk when we checked in. She was on a 30 minute break, which we found out from security after waiting for about 15 minutes. It was at 3a.m. but I did call to let her know our estimated arrival time. The floors on the 4th floor had duct tape everywhere. The carpet looks I overheard Trevon, a member of the staff, telling a couple that they have free parking on the weekend and directed them how to get there. I told him that we were not told about the free parking. He immediately went into defense mode and said "who is we". Then he went on to say that we don't disclose that information to everyone. I asked who do you tell and I was told "only to certain people". What does that mean? If the hotel has a policy about the free parking that is one thing but to be given that response by a member of the staff is very disheartening. I am a disabled veteran who was there for a conference. This was my 2nd year attending there. I will not be going to the conference if it is scheduled at that hotel next year. old and outdated and due for a renovation. There are no refrigerator and microwaves in the room, which is provided at no additional charge by most hotels now. The breakfast/lunch staff seemed so disorganized. It was like they were not used to handling big groups, which I am sure that is not the case. Most importantly the staff is very unprofessional. I spent $75 on parking.
