We got there and there was a line out of the door to check in, overheard the employees talking that some of the rooms weren't ready. We got there at 3:45, check in started at 3. Stood in line for 30 min waiting to check in. We literally had time to change clothes and run out of the door so we wouldn't miss our 5pm dinner reservations. The alarm clock went off in our room at 6 (I never set this). We went down for the breakfast, which was delicious! Then we got back to the room and the cable was out. All of the staff that we encountered were great and the breakfast was good. However, the issue with the rooms not being ready and having to wait in a long line to check in makes us not want to return to this hotel in the future.

Chose this hotel because we had a group, we wanted a suite with two rooms and a fold out couch. Hotel service and front desk was very nice and friendly. Hotel itself looked a tad run down, hallways were musty. Rooms were not as spacious as I was expecting from the website pictures, but they appeared clean. Like most hotels, very dim lighting in the rooms. I slept on the couch hideaway- worst “bed” I have EVER slept on! Hard springs poked me all night, didn’t really sleep much. Pillows were awful too. On the whole, I can say the staff was very nice, but the hotel needs to be modernized , and it was NOT a comfortable night sleep. I won’t be booking with a Drury again in the future.

It was very conveniently located right off of the highway and close to all the local restaurants. The hotel was clean and quiet. The only bad experience was check-in. There was a line out the door to check in and the room was not ready by 4:00pm. We were only lucky to be staying at the same hotel as my sister and were able to wait in her room. Now I will say that there was a late check in because there was a Garth Brooks concert in town and I was not going to be a hater for that so all was good. I got to talk to other guests in line so it wasn't all that bad. I was a little worried that with all the concert goers in line that it was going to be a noisy night but we didn't hear a peep all night.

Moldy room with roaches
We checked in at 11 pm after driving 15 hrs and we were exhausted. The hotel was nice from the outside but the rooms were dated and smelled of mold, The ac stunk just as bad. The carpets were sticky from I dont know what so I had to walk around with sandals. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom so when we showered we made a huge mess that we cleaned with our towels. To top it off as we were getting ready to lay down there were 2 roaches scurrying around the floor. We were so tired and we were getting up at 4 am that we couldn’t go and complain. One positive note was the beds were very comfortable. I don’t know if it was because I was so tired but I slept well in it. If I had the time I would have requested my money back
