Billy who works on the 25th floor was amazing, she was someone who spent time on her work and paid attention to detail, such as providing us umbrella in the rainy days. absolutely two thumbs up, my whole family had a great stay at the hotel. Thank you.

It’s an okay hotel but filled with quite rude people. Even waiting in line for the concierge, I was repeatedly butted in front of by other guests and the hotel workers never looked up even though I called their attention to it. The room was clean and served our purposes.
