Nice place!
Enjoyed my stay! Room and grounds well clean and well kept. Loved the outdoor chairs and picnic table. Only request would be a coffeemaker in the room or continental breakfast!

mixed review
We arrived a bit early so we decided to see if perhaps our room was ready. Without even checking, the clerk said "No. come back at 3:00". Generally when someone comes early, even if the room isn't ready, the hotel will say "feel free to use the pool, etc". The room, when we finally got it...had a horrible smell of mildew as soon as we opened the door. The toilet wouldn't flush even a simple piece of toilet paper. The shower curtain was covered in mildew (picture attached). Our first night there, someone set off the fire alarms, and no one even came by or called to tell us it was nothing to be alarmed about. I called the front desk after listening to the alarms for at least 10 min to see if I should be concerned, and was told that "No, someone in a kitchenette set the alarm off". Don't you think you should inform your guests that the place isn't on fire? With all of that being said, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the pool was decent. The mildew smell needs to be addressed by the hotel management, because it can't be healthy. I hope that all the rooms aren't like that, because if they don't smell, the hotel is a decent place, and in a nice location. Wash your shower curtains, fix the toilets, and open the windows to air the place out.

Great location!
Location was outstanding! Can walk to over a dozen restaurants/bars as well as a short walk to downtown on Rt. 28. You can also walk to beaches. Room was fine...I had a room facing the pool. It can get loud with people and kids (so I don't think I'd prefer to be near the pool again). I'd say the biggest problem was that my fridge didn't work and that the room only had outdated 'two-prong' electrical outlets. That wouldn't stop me from staying here again. Overall it was a good stay.
