There were multiple housekeeping issues during our stay. It started off with our room cleaned but the garbage bag being left on our made bed. The front desk apologized and the room was fine for one day. Then the next two days, the room was not made up again, even with the "Please make up the room" sign. When we finally ran out of TP, we asked the front desk if the room could be made up. We waited in the lobby while this was supposedly being done, went back to a still unmade room. We had to speak to the front desk _again_ to ask this addressed more quickly because we were unable to use the room. The manager was not very helpful. For a 6 night stay, our room was only made up only half the time. The only positive is the location. It's good walking distance to many things, but I would not come back to this hotel.

I seem to be coming to the travelogue more and more for work and family reasons. it’s just a perfect location for restaurants, bars, transport. The the staff are soo accommodating, nothing is to much trouble, Jackson is always so obliging, we needed a ports cot and it’s was delivered at 10.30pm. A great place to stay with babies as they have a mini kitchen with sink and microwave. Definitely worth staying.

Would stay here again
Jason at the front desk checked me into my room early. Also arranged key card for friend arriving on a later flight. He also consolidated 2 different reservations made due to changing travel plans, so we didn't have to come back in the middle of the afternoon and check-in again. We had left our passports in the safe after heading to The Great Ocean Road. It was there when we returned the following day. Our friends who live nearby recommend this hotel to all their guests. Also convenient to walk across the river to the heat of the city. SkyBus from airport is just around the block.

Fabulous location, within walking distance of everything. Across a bridge from Flanders Railway Station so if you prefer to ride, you can catch the free trams or the longer-distance trains easily.
