We were here just for the day and the hotel staff was very helpful during our time here. Would recommend staying at this hotel. Breakfast was large and delicious. We took the taxi from the airport, however there is a metro station that will bring you from the airport with one transfer. We took the metro from the hotel to our next mode of transportation. The metro was easy to navigate and the entrance is no more than a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel.

Great helpful and friendly front desk. Fabulous location for shopping, eating and closeness to train station. Recommend Taste of Lisbon tour. We are not adventuresome food people but this was a highlight!

great location, great hotel, great staff
Loved the hotel, the staff, location and ambiance. The only drawback was the 2 twin beds shoved together to make a king bed. Twin beds were not the same thickness and so could not lie in the middle, When I tried to stay near the middle the edge sagged so had to move to middle of twin bed. Bathroom was small. Otherwise the room was pleasant. A new mattress would have made me give a top review.
