The place was nice. I'm not that big a fan of appartment hotels, so I'm not the best person to ask... The location ig great - lake view from each room, balcony, 10 min. walk from the centre. But - the room was smaller than it apeared on pictuers. when we opened the thired bed - there was no room left at the room + the twin bed was actualy an opened sofa - not fun.... The service was nice and helpfull.

We came at 2:00PM but still needed to wait for 20 minutes until the room was ready! Room was big and clean. Breakfast was good. The location is close to Metro. Check in took time but was still acceptable. Kettle was provided for making tea and coffee but they did not refill for the second day.

Good location but service need to be improved
Old but spacious. We need to request in order for the hotel to deliver the water boiler and the house keeping did not place tissue box and towel properly and expect the guests to do so. One disappointed incident was the hot water was out of service for an entire night and day which the hotel did not inform the guests at all and everyone was caught with extreme cold shower and then found out from the reception.

Pleasant hotel
Really pleasant hotel, not that far from Milan Center (about 15 mins by Milan Metro M1). The station is 20m away from hotel entrance. A non-stop supermarket is aprox. 250m away. Quiet area.

Comfortable and convenient next to metro
The studio room is large and has a convenient and well-equipped kitchenette - sometimes they charge for kitchen equipment but because we were staying several days they waived this charge
