Worst hotel for Marriott to put it's name on
I've just completed one of my two nights so far and I'm leaving a review. This is perhaps one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. I can't believe Marriott is including it as part of its group of hotels. Where do I start? Walking in...front office staff is less than friendly. They had a water leak in the front lobby, one of the elevators was down, hairdryer in the room was broken, water doesn't drain in the bathtub, and the walls are paper-thin. The towels in the bathroom appeared to not be fresh, they had been washed once in the past but not recently. They have ample parking but charge for you to park and also charge you for mediocre internet that disconnects throughout the day. Why am I paying for it again? Our room is non-smoking and smells like smoke, sound also carries from other floors through the vents. We had to turn on some white noise to try as much as possible to drown-out the noise. The cleaning staff doesn't really clean the bathrooms either. Our business meeting room was nearly as bad, one of the major lights in the room was non-functional, no microphone and the dividers between rooms was a joke. The hotel staff (not bright nor helpful) had many available office meeting rooms available but booked our group and another group next to each other. The group next to ours was so loud that we couldn't hear each other speak in our seminar. This is the most unprofessional and inadequate hotel we've ever stayed at and will not return.

Horrible service. Room was good.
I repeatly called to try and get early checkin. I was told I would get a call when my room was ready. Guess what I am still waiting for that call. The room was fine. Expect to walk far from parking. Will never use this hotel again because of the service. Room was good though.

Not the best experience.
Upon the initial check in, I didn't get the room that I originally booked due the hotel being sold out. I requested a refrigerator 3 times once during the initial check in @3:30pm, another request @5:40pm the same day, and the last request came the next morning in which I was told then that there were none available... Two of the 3 elevators were broken which made it hell getting up and down to the 9th fl. We were startled by the loud fire alarm 4 times in the middle of the night which was just ridiculous. This place needs new management.

Very Good8.0
Very close to airport. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking ($10/night) and internet (even though it said these were included). Not happy about that. It's a big place. The lobby is nice. The rooms are fine. The service staff were very nice, even though the place was booked out with a big party.

Horrible from the start - stay away!
Absolutely horrible from the beginning. We had three rooms for our family and despite a check in time of 3 pm, we did not have all three rooms until after 5 pm. The first room we were put in had several maintenance issues, including loose floor tiles in the bathroom, bugs in the AC, and an overall filthy status. On the way to our room on the 9th floor our entire family (adults and toddlers) got stuck in the elevator for over 5 minutes. They knew the elevator wasn’t working yet they did not even put a sign on it to warn people. Later that night there was a needless fire alarm which required evacuation from the hotel. We later found out that this was tied to another known maintenance issue in the kitchen where things don’t always vent correctly.
