We didnt get a stay because your site booked us for the wrong day and refused to change the date for us or give refund. Customer service was not helpful and claim department was even worse. Your company literally stole from us

You get what you pay for and it was okay
It was fine since we really didn't stay there during the day because we were traveling from Seattle to Walla Walla. It was not luxury for sure, the rooms did not look like the pictures on the website of the room we were in. But overall, it was fine for the price, and it worked.

The frig didn't work -- and when I brought back items to go into the frig, I went to the ice dispenser, which was locked -- sign said it was open only from 10 am to 6 pm........and it was locked because of protection from freezing weather. This was on May 5 -- long after evening freezing weather. Also, altho I booked thru Expedia, the desk was not able to give me a final statement for my stay.
