Best Experience Ever
This was hotel was very modern and up to date with everything—- BEAUTIFUL! We were greeted by 2 wonderful employees with the biggest smiles, they definitely made us feel welcomed! I think the most impressive quality about this establishment was the cleanliness—the first thing I smelled when I walked in the door was a light smell of bleach and at first thought they must’ve just mopped or cleaned the entrance but that same clean smell was everywhere— I loved it…by far my best lodging experience ever!

It was okay.
Still bummed the pool had not opened and there was no notification upon checking in. When we asked if there was a possibility of checking out early or getting a discount, the blame was out on Hotels.com and not the property (for not having notified us about the pool). Overall, this was just a frustrating start to our stay especially with two children who were excited for a family trip and the thought of using the pool over multiple days. The breakfast was decent with a variety but not all items were stocked. The bar (that’s also advertised as being open), was indeed not open. It didn’t even appear close to being open. Much to my surprise, especially when considering a brand new hotel… there were ants. We found multiple ants in our room and had family members also find some in theirs. Ants were also in the breakfast area. Yes, we’re not talking hundreds of ants, but there still were some throughout the property. The location itself was decent enough and is nearby a Bass Pro Shop and a few eateries including Jimmy John’s and Wing Stop. Overall, it was okay. Likely won’t return but also wasn’t the worst.

There is homeless people everywhere and was not impressed to see them in getting breakfast when we were down for ours. Nice new hotel but very noisy location close to freeway. Will never return to this location

Everything was great just upsetting that on the website it says pool was available but once we got there the pool was out of service. The pool is the whole point of why this hotel was booked.
