It was lovely place to stay , room was very clean , and beds were very onderful , The only problem was that we did not get towels for all of us , but I think if request them for towels , they can arrange for you . Over all ! It was lovely place to stay

Great option for groups
Very new and comfortable accommodation, in a convenient location (8 mins walk to metro, short ride to Namba/Dotonbori areas). Quiet residential area, with convenience stores and F&B within short walking distance. We got a room that could sleep 6 (only 4 of us), so it was spacious. Coin-operated laundry (4 machines, but one was under maintenance); trying to catch availability can be a challenge.

まず、対応してくれる電話窓口がない。 詳細をローマ字で入力しないといけない。 ので、高齢の方々には不向きである。 チェックインのし方が直接メールアドレスに来ない。返信ボタンを押したらたまたま見つけたのでよったが。 決済の日時と金額がメールで送られてこない。 間違った日にちでチェックインのお知らせが来る。謝罪はない。 などなど Hotels.comの対応の問題点が多すぎて宿泊が終わるまで不安でした。 ホテル自体は清潔感あり、バスタオル等バスアメニティあり、問題なかったです。

괜찮은편
숙박시설 주변은 조용한편 6명이 머물기에도 괜찮음 셀프 체크라 체크인할때 사람이 많으면 시간이 좀 걸림 1층에 공동화장실이 있다고 안내되어 있으나 화장실없음 바닥이 카펫이라 먼지가 좀 있음 공용세탁기 4대. 작은 세탁기라 6명의 빨래를 하기에는 한대로 부족 (30분세탁 400엔 건조 30분당 100엔) 객실내에 빨래 널곳이 없어 건조기 사용해야하는데 건조기능이 많이 떨어짐 주변에 코인세탁소가 없음(못찾음) 가까운 거리에 라이프마트있음 나가호리바시역에서 가까운편 도보로 신사이바시역 10분거리 (걸음이 빠른편) 도톤보리도 걸어갈만한 거리임
