Great place, affordable rates.
I needed a place where my daughter and I could stay that was near hospital where my husband was having heart surgery and was affordable. This place fit the bill. They are located close to Las Vegas strip and shopping as well as Spring Valley hospital where my husband was admitted. I stayed in studio room with king bed. Kitchenette area had toaster, microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. Just right for what I needed. I was able to make small microwavable meals and save on cost of eating out. There was even a washer and dryer on site to do my laundry. Everyone was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay again hopefully for recreation and fun and not out of just needing a place to stay. They have so many other amenities like tennis court, heated pool, spa that I did utilize do to the circumstances of my visit, but would like to try in future.

Never Again
This place is definitely a mix of good and bad. First, the good: Clean room and comfortable bed. Good location, with easy access both to the Strip and off-Strip activities. Now, the bad: I booked a Studio Suite, thinking the living room was separate from the bedroom. Why did I think this? Because the room description says, "42-inch LCD HD TV in living room and bedroom." Upon check-in, I discovered one TV in our single room. The "kitchenette" is just a wet bar with a microwave. Worse still, the walls are paper-thin. You can hear every word of your next-door neighbor's conversations. On the last night of our stay, the neighbors went out for the evening and left their TV on. At 11:40pm, after hearing the evening news end and an episode of The Simpsons begin, I called the front desk to complain. They sent "Security" up to check it out. I heard him knock three times, but no one came to the door (because they were out). He then left without so much as entering the room to turn the TV down/off. As a result, I was also forced to listen to an episode of Pawn Stars, a sitcom I didn't recognize, and an infomercial for a product I'll never buy. When the neighbors showed up around 1:30am, they finally turned off the TV, allowing me 3 hours of sleep before my early-morning flight home. In short, there are far better places to get a decent night's sleep in Las Vegas. Spend your money elsewhere.

Paper thin walls
We just stayed one night because the pictures online looked nice and was away from the strip. It's really just cheap condos turned into a hotel. I didn't know about the 15 dollar resort charge on top of what you already pay on hotels. The walls are paper thin so can hear everything next to you. The smoke detector was going off in the room next to us for 2-3 hours when we first arrived. It finally got shut off after a few calls and then asking for a new room. Just calling the room next to you does not fix the problem jeez. The maintenance worker had to come in our room to use the phone before it got shut off. We were there during a big rain storm so had to listen to the guy next to us call and complain for a refund for an hour because water leaked in his room and got all his clothes wet. Other than that it looks nice and is clean.

Booked this hotel through Hotels.com because there was no resort fee. I was charged $15/day resort fee because they said it was booked via Expedia and that Hotels.com did not correctly describe the costs. So who is going to refund by resort fees?
