Perfect Weekend Getaway
From the moment we walked in the door, we had a great experience at Hotel Bonaparte. The front desk made great recommendations about things to do in the area and restaurants to try. The room was a good size, the beds are very comfortable and there is always bottled water waiting for you upon your return. The morning breakfast is delicious and be sure to make reservations to eat dinner in their restaurant one night ! I will warn anyone who is a light sleeper to request a room on the back side of the property. There is a good deal of road construction just outside and they start EARLY! Even with the windows closed, it was noisy. Otherwise, it is so centrally located and welcoming that we highly recommend staying here!

Gem of a hotel
Absolutely worth every penny. As I waited to check in, I was handed a flute of champagne! My room was just right. Parisienne windows opened so I could sit in the window sill and watch the bustling street below. Breakfast (included in price) was marvelous. I can't recommend this place high enough.

Great Boutique hotel
This hotel is amazing. From the time you walk in the door your every need is taken care of. We were a tad early so they told us where to go for lunch, came back our bags were already in our room. The room was huge and lovely...fabulous shower. We actually met the owner of Hotel Bonaparte at the bar. My husband knows no strangers so struck up a conversation with a gentleman who turned out to be the owner who was kind enough to comp our drinks later that night at dinner. Thank you. The breakfast is a made to order complete breakfast with your choice of how your eggs are done, juice, coffee, bacon and sausage. Parking is across the street with in and out privileges. Great area just around the corner from the Basilica and all sorts of shops and restaurants, plus a museum of Montreal. Great location, great service. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in the heart of the old port.
The hotel staff were excellent and helped us with every aspect of our trip. The hotels a stones throw from Notre Dame cathedral as well as in the heart of the old port and within walking distance of several top sites. It is a small hotel and very quaint. The parking is across the street and $15 per day. I would highly recommend this hotel.
