Staff was very nice. Although it was an older hotel, it was still kept quite clean and in good condition. I would have no problem staying there again.

The customer service at the desk was great. The hotel smells heavily of cigarette smoke and febreeze to try to cover it up. The room smelled like smoke as well. We had to exchange a comforter because it had a blood stain (not ours!)on it and it had not beem washed. We then got a comforter that had numerous pee stains. Gross! The upper drain of the bathtub had a lot of scum on it that when my son took a bath, all the scum came off in the water. Breakfast had a large variety of options and is one of the better continental breakfast options that we have seen. Hotel needs some upkeep and housekeeping needstraining. Front desk was great.

walls are very thin here, so i could easily hear the heat turning on and off in the next room and a couple somewhere in the hotel finishing off their evening enjoyably..the room was also in need of renovation..one of the lamp shades was very tattered on the edges and ready to come off.at shis price point, i expected more..the cleaning crew knocked on my door early, even though i had my "disturb"sign out..on the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the pillows voluminous..the room was cool and the comforter somewhat warm and light but an extra blanket should have been provided..

You Get What You Pay For.
The Quality Inn was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable (very firm) and the bed cover had staines on it. Furnishings were a bit run down. It's what you can expect for the price.
