Convenient
I've stayed here several times when I go up the NH for hiking. I usually stay here if I have my dog with me because they have pet-friendly rooms. After a long hike, I'm not really picky about where I lay my head but the place is pretty run down. If not for the convenient location the price would be ridiculous. The breakfast is mediocre at the very best. Alas, I'll stay here again if it continues to be one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

Road trip stay "okay"-- if your not alone!
8/16 One night stay as part of road trip. Upon arrival, people were arguing in the parking lot and mosquitoes were everywhere. Luckily, there were NO mosquitoes in the lobby during breakfast next morning. *PROS*: Good breakfast for a cheap hotel- yogurt, cereal, pastries, juice, etc. Sausage/egg patties are in little fridge. Our room had working AC and working hot/cold water! Good pillows, comfortable mattress, slept fine- but not under the sheets. *CONS*: BRING YOUR OWN BLEACH. Our toilet was dirty with someones POO under the ring!! I had Scrubbing Bubbles foam cleaner and disinfectant that melted it away after flushing/spraying 1000 times. Long blonde hair was all over the room and one a top the bed- so I know that sheets had not been changed and were just “tucked in”. My bf and I took the 2 top decoration bedcovers off the beds and slept on top of the bed sheets- we never went under. Crackers were still on a spot on the carpet- so no one vacuumed. The staff are not familiar with roads or restaurants. The staff are not locals (from Bangladesh?)-and literally have no info. Its scary if your alone because room doors face the parking lot; there are really thin doors that connect your room to other guests rooms with a weak/not secure lock; and no clean sheets to warm someone alone. I was with my bf, so 10 hours to sleep, shower, and get breakfast was "okay"- but only because I had cleaning products I brought at CVS before driving up to NH. Worth 80/night-NOT 140

Friendly hotel with a friendly price!
We stayed at this hotel so that we could attend our daughter's graduation. The location was perfect! It was not a 5-star hotel, but the price was certainly well within our budget. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walls were a little thin, the bathroom was very small, but we were only there to sleep, so it was fine for our needs.

Great staff, bad rooms.
The staff was incredibly nice however the rooms were not. It was a fine room to spend just one night but for being in such a tourist location you would think the accommodations would be better. The room had a mildew smell and the tv was an old school box tv. The beds and linen were clean but again the age and smell was not so nice. The area near the indoor pool smelled like trash and the locker room was smelly too. I wish the rooms and accommodations matched the awesomeness of the lobby staff.
