We had an excellent time and loved the location and free shuttle service to Whistler Village and the hours the shuttle ran.

It’s always a pleasure staying there. They renovated and still are so that was nice. The new dishwasher was very complicated it had a child lock but us adults couldn’t get it to open so that was frustrating. We go up there at least once or twice a year and stay at the same hotel and we will again. The location is great and quiet.

Nice large suite; decent breakfast; good location and bike storage. Suite could use some updating in the near future.

Overall we had a great experience. Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. Was able to use the pool after we checked out which was fabulous on such a hot day :)

The location is good - but the rooms are very outdated. There is no air conditioning, screen door and windows falling off track, slow draining sink YUK, light bulb broken and furniture is way outdated and scuffed up. Looks like stuff you would see at Salvation Army. Breakfast was ok - continental- but no place to sit to eat it. Also tack on another $28/night to park you car. Would not stay again - id say it’s a $140/night hotel - NOT $250
