Overall a nice stay. Staff was friendly and efficient. Check in and out was easy, everyone courteous. Added cost to park underground, but secure, and dry and accessible. One unexpected problem with a major plumbing problem in the building. Water shut off 10pm to 4am (Sept 7/8) with fair warning from staff. What they didn't anticipate was how long it would take for the "boilers" to get the water up to a reasonable showering temperature. Had to just deal with that, aggravating but not a reason to get too upset. Overall a pleasant stay.

Good value and close to everything in village
We stayed 5 nights. The location was very good. Across the street from the village and a block and a half from the grocery store. We able to walk to and from the ski area easily. The hotel provides parking underground and storage for your ski equipment. Our family of five had a two bedroom suite, which was 2 different rooms(one studio and a one bedroom with a kitchen, dining area and living area with sofabed, chair and fireplace. The rooms were joined by a common area entrance that could be separated by closing the doors to each individual room or leaving them open and leaving the main door closed. Nothing fancy, but very useful and in good shape. Each bedroom and the living area had a tv and dvd player(not blu-ray). The studio room also had a small kitchen area with sink, 2 burner stove, fridge, microwave and separate set up dishes. The larger room had a regular size refrigerator, full electric range\oven, sink and dishwasher. Both units had full bathrooms. Good restaurants were very close by. Pizzeria Antica and tapas place next door were excellent. Only downside was that maid service only came every 4th day of your stay. Would have been nice to have every day or at least every other day. Price was very fair, would stay again for value.
