Average hotel. Nothing impressive about it. Slow check in experience. The room was quite outdated, and decorated with strange wall art. Very loud AC, we kept it off during the night because otherwise we wouldn’t be able to sleep. The room also had very outdated appliances. The bathroom was nice and clean. Will be going to a different hotel next time I am in Whistler. There was a water shortage due to an issue with pipes somewhere around Whistler so we skipped the pool and the hot tubs.

Worn out resort but a good value
The Quest Resort was fine for what we paid for it. The resort itself is in bad shape inside. The carpets are stained and the walls are all beat to hell. Our room had a weird smell that was offputting but you’d get used to it. With the above said, we spent most of our time outside and the kids loved the pool. For the price, the resort was just fine and a good value.

The only downside was paying $25/day for parking. Walkable location for Whistler.

We had an accident right on the first night, so our bed sheets including the mattress protector was dirty. We know hat there’s no room service since we only stay for 4 nights. We called the front desk anyway to see if they can change the sheets since changing them would also mean that they can remove the stains easier than after 5 days. But they said they do not manage the room’s service and I have to call somewhere else myself. They transferred me instead. I spoke to the person and in the end nothing came out of it anyway. So we left it dirty for 5 days, not sleeping on that side of the bed.
