Basic room; regulation of shower water temperature was difficult; breakfast food was OK, but coffee was good.

Comfortable stay and the breakfast was a bonus! A small fridge or water in the room would be great.

What a charming place to stay! My husband and I came up for the weekend, and were so happy to stay here. It is so well located, with metro and bus access close by, and even an adorable grocery store right across the street! Our room was clean and comfortable, not to mention beautifully decorated!

Lovely Place to stay in North Cambridge
Everything was fine. The owner was very nice and most of the staff I came across were very helpful. The location, convenience, lay-out, breakfast, quiet and comfort of the room were excellent and the price reasonable for the area. We were disappointed that the room's furnishings, bed spreads, curtains, etc. were rather old and shabby. My biggest complaint was the the young woman who checked me in on Friday afternoon, was cold, unfriendly, unhelpful and extremely unwelcoming. I dragged my bags in many trips because it was unclear as to where my room was at first and she neither offered to help, nor expressed any concern for me. The same was true when I asked for hot water for tea. She ought not to be in the hospitality industry as she is not an hospitable person. She told me that she was not the owner, or the inn keeper but that she worked there.
