Cozy and comfy stay
Really clean and cozy stay, surprised by how big the one bedroom suite was! Kitchen had pots and pans, utensils, plates and bowls, salt and pepper, but no oil or butter (and neither did the store downstairs). Still, we managed to cook some good meals with the nonstick pans. Comfy bedding, nice jacuzzi in the bathroom. It is right next to the train tracks so expect to hear it, though it didn't bother our sleep. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs in case!

Castle
Not so good. The home keeping is terrible. They forgot to give us towels and refill toilet paper with an extra roll.

Had an amazing time!
Cabins were amazing with solid kitchen and hot tubs. Would stay there again. Location was convenient for heading into both Banff and Lake Louise areas. Only gripe is that the prices were expensive in the peak season.

Hallf way between Banff and Lake Louise
My wife and I stayed here for our recent ski trip. It’s the perfect place to stay to enjoy both Banff and Lake Louise. Our suite had a nice kitchen with most basic necessities to cook simple meals. My only suggestion would be to pick up food in Calgary or bring things from home. The prices in both Banff and Lake Louise are quite high for food as well as alcohol. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. They also have a fairly extensive collection of DVD’s available for free rentals. The only negative I can think of is the train that passes close to the hotel a few times throughout the night. I found this was easy to ignore by sleeping with a pair of ear plugs.
