Unlucky but grateful.
Overall, the hotel provided my partner and I a roof and walls with exceptional temperature regulation in the room. However, the cleanliness of the AC was in question as there was a slight smell from the vents on the machine. The room (a suite) lacked some convenient amenities like a do not disturb sign, a notepad and pen, a landline phone, utensils, and a microwave to name those that were noticeable. The doors don’t close very well either if not pushed all the way into the lock. Speaking of lock, the interior doors do not actually lock either, besides the bathroom. The food service was okay despite the watered down hot drinks. The pool was lukewarm and the hot tub was cold and had a malfunctioning controller.

Disappointed
Hotel was clean but jacuzzi tub did not work and a few other thing were broken. They only reason we got that hotel was for the tub. Plus there was 100$ deposit that we had no idea about until check in.
