You will be disappointed
Made two room bookings for family trip and more than 6months ago and checked in almost midnight. When i was walking on the asile one of thr housekeeper popped up in front of me and got into the room i checked in. She was hagging the shower curtain and fill the toilet paper and there was trash in trash box and she asked me if i throw that away which i'm not. It's telling room was not ready till midnight. I've been travelling a lot and been to many hotels though never experience room was not ready like this time, midnight...another thing is the beds didn't clean. I saw wrinkles all over the beds even pillow it looks like someone took a nap or something. Though i was supposed to spend only few hours i can't stand what they're providing. It's late but i tried calling housekeeper on the phone to ask chnging even pillow covers but there was no answer so i also tried calling the reception but coundl't make it. The line was busy. I'm not done yet. So i booked two rooms so the other room smelled like chemical factory so asked thr receptionist to change the room because of the smell but he said rooms were fully booked and some of my family member stuck with this smelly room. Another my room problem is so noisy.............airplane sounds somewhat train or car sounds from the express way and some crazy lunatic yelled at 1:23am. The reason why i booked this hotel was i needed proper sleep from the long drive before taking a flight but this hotel totally ruined my day.

Every one was very nice to us, specially the front desk personnel, except the shuttle driver! Who deopped us off 5 am. He came with an attitude and poor customer service. He had the heater all the way up and it was reallly hot! We asked him to turn it down but he ignored me. He asked whih terminal we were going to and I replied "where American is" he gave me a very bad look when I said that. At the end he dropped us off literally in the middle lane if the street!!! With cars driving on both sides of the lane! He did not care at all!!! I want to make sure that we wwre at the right teeminal so I asked him again if this is where AA is located he would not respond, turned his back on me and shakes his head right and left! Believe it or not I tipped him. What unprofessional ghetto employee you have

dishonest staff
we have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express over the years and have always had a good experience. This review is about the lack of honesty with staff. We left a ipod and bose headphones in the room and did not notice it until we unpacked our suitcase 8 hours later. We called the hotel and since it was in the evening they told us to call back the next day. We called the next day and spoke with a manager letting them know the items we had left. They said they would check into it and get back to us. Unfortunately the dishonesty of staff member ruled and they told us they did not find the items. The value of the items were over $500.00 so it was not just a small amount to replace. Obviously we know the hotel chain is a franchise and so this is reflective on this specific hotel. So if you are passing through Vegas, take a pass on this one.

Only one problem
Everything was great about this hotel except after spending 2 nights there, half of our party ariived and could it get into their rooms. The front desk person said I had to call in. I was in the middle of a dinner so I wasn’t looking at my phone so it took a while for them to get a hold of me. When is did call in the front desk lady could not help me to understand why that happened, it mad no sense. They had our check out Day wrong, and they never got names of any of the other 6 people staying in one of the 4 rooms. Then when the rest of us got back we had to reactivate our keys and we found out later that that deactivated the first groups keys. It was just confusing and frustrating and no one could offer me an explanation of why. There were a couple of staff managers there who were fantastic! Also, the room, breakfast, shuttle service and all that was great.

Pros: breakfast was great. Staff were excellent, and very helpful with some special requests. We stayed there where our multi-day conference was held. The shuttle was really convenient. We were able to order lunch from a cafe in a sister property next door and get back to our conference. Cons: lobby/breakfast area was very loud at all hours. Our conference room was right next to there, and the noise was disruptive. The trendy sliding barn door did not close tightly, allowing noise to come in, and did not lock. We could not leave our laptops in there while at lunch. In all fairness, I believe there was a little league tournament going on and many of the loud guests were from that. Their children were screaming and running and chasing at 11pm, to the point that sleep was not going to happen with our nearby rooms. We actually had to tell them to be quiet. I guess poor parenting can't be blamed on the hotel. Don't stay in the rooms near the lobby. With that said, we would stay there again.
