    Two thumbs up

The room is so cute, the front desk is super friendly. Located in the middle of astoria, surrounded by breweries, perfect if you’re into that!

Cleaning stuff was left in hallway when we checked in-I felt it was over priced for what we got. Small room, no breakfast. At 6:00 the room above us woke us up for a half an hour Compared to other properties in town it was second rate. Very little soundproofing. They need to clean up their act. I won’t recommend the property to anyone

Very cool modern hotel that was made from an existing fishing operation on the Columbia River. Loved the stay, it was convenient and close to city center. The only negative was the breakfast offerings, I had hoped for better. All in all, would definitely stay there again!

Very friendly staff, remodeled hotel with a beautiful view of the Columbia River. The room are decorated very nice and I love the fact that the coffee, tea and soaps are local. We checked in and then decided to stay another night. Which was very easy to do, so happy we did. We arrived late so we stay there and had a drinks and desserts in the hotel bar. I would definitely stay there again.

    Fabulous!

The Bowline was a perfect mix of modern cool and vintage charm. The bed was super comfortable, the robes were a nice luxury and I really appreciate fine coffee and tea in the room. The staff were great, always helpful and friendly. The location cannot be best! A perfect little getaway relaxing by the water listening to birds and sea lions.

    Best hotel bed EVER

This hotel is a refurbished cannery. They did a fantastic job combining luxury with cool minimalist industrial modern finishes. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in plus down pillows and huge down comforter. The soaking tub in the main room was amazing. We had a river view room and it was gorgeous. The sound of the sea lions was really fun and we even saw one swimming right out front. The room amenities included robes, bath salts, coffee and tea, and toiletries. There were also live plants in the room and on the balcony, which was a lovely touch. I do have to say that the walls are paper thin and we could hear our neighbors on both sides watching TV or having normal conversations.
