Fantastic accommodation, service let them down
This is a really nice hotel with great amenities and friendly reception staff. The rooms are big, comfortable and, depending on which side of the building your room is, you may have a nice sea view. The breakfasts are also very tasty, although we were disappointed with the service and found the staff to be quite offhand. We didn’t tip on our first day (where we did receive very good service) as we hadn’t brought any money from the room, and after that the service was pretty poor – not sure if this was the reason but there was a very obvious change in quality! We were also incredibly disappointed that the pool was closed during our stay. We had booked the hotel primarily to use the rooftop pool as we were looking to relax the last few days of our trip, however after making our booking they updated the page to say that there would be maintenance, however they never communicated this to us. Had we known this, we would have likely changed to a different hotel. Overall, in terms of location and the amenities, this hotel is great. However, their communication let them down in our experience, and you’d better tip the breakfast staff if you want a friendly service for the duration of your stay.

Really disappointed with the Pullman. We were in Peru for 3 weeks and stayed in 6 different hotels, with the Pullman being the worst customer service by far. The reception staff were very unhelpful and would really rather you didn't speak to them it seems. Also all the seats were reserved on the rooftop for non-guests of the hotel and when I asked if I could get a table for 2 the server just laughed and shook her head. My advice is stay at the Ibis across the road, it's better and a 3rd of the price.

The hotel and rooms were beautiful and the staff was pleasant. Our ability to access the internet was intermittent however, despite having the correct passcode. Our keys stopped working as well and we had to go to the front desk to get this corrected during our one day stay.
