Television reception limited and very poor throughout stay - no attempt to repair during a weeks stay.
Safe did not operate properly - no attempt to repair this either during stay.
No one at reception desk for majority of stay. Little to no service to problems.

Very comfortable rooms with a lovely outdoor space. Staff was amazing! Always there for if we need anything.
Slight downside was not being able to pay for the rooms using a card machine when there but had I read the details before arrival, I would have known that.
