Outstanding stay-except for one thing
Check in was painless. Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was very good and in pleasant surroundings. Room was immaculate and quiet. Checkout was trouble free. My one complaint is that the free Wifi returned a duplicate IP address assignment that was never resolved, so I never got an internet connection on my laptop. I just tethered to my phone’s data service instead. The instructions for resolving the duplicate IP address were basically “Try again Later” I have never had that problem before in any hotel I have used.

Will stay here every time
First off, I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and never have I met such a friendly staff. They make you feel right at home. The outside tiki bar is a great place to hangout at night. You are close to a bunch of fantastic restaurants and if you don’t want to fight parking for the Universal attractions you’re only a $10 Uber ride from them.

We had a great stay. Location is great. They offer a shuttle to universal but we just drove, the drive wasn’t bad like we was expecting. Hotel staff is extra nice. They had free cookies every night which was appreciated and the breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The pool & tiki bar are also nice. They get a 10 from me. No complaints.
