Resort-like experience
Immediately walking in, the ambiance was very relaxing and modern. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The same feeling carried out as we walked into the room. It felt like a true vacation getaway and almost spa-like. The bed and linens were comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was spacious and very clean. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We walked up to the rooftop during our stay and ordered drinks and relaxed while the sun set, a whole resort-like experience. We also ordered breakfast every morning and the spread they provide was very diverse and delicious. The hotel is walking distance to the main streets in Olhao which were incredibly cute and quaint. We loved our entire stay.

Great stay in boutique hotel!
My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is a lovely boutique hotel and we would definitely recommend it/stay again. The hotel is great for location - 20 minute drive to/from airport, right in the middle of Olhão and a 10 minute walk from the train station (which was great for visiting Faro). The hotel location is also great for accessing nearby restaurants and also for accessing the sightseeing boat tours. We stayed in a Premium Room and really enjoyed the layout/way in which the room was furnished and decorated. Functional yet stylish. Very comfortable bed. The rest of the hotel is very stylish with lots of natural light. Breakfast was delicious and a great variety off food available. Rooftop pool and bar area are a great asset and allow for a great view of Olhão. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Very new and modern hotel, great rooftop pool and bar. Our problem was we booked hotel because it offered "limited parking" " reservation not possible" to be told when we arrived that they only have FOUR parking spaces for the whole hotel! Of they were taken, they offered us street parking.

Appallingly mean and selfish management
While the room and hotel itself was well maintained, modern and comfortable they had no interest in trying to resolve our booking issue. In short we ended up being forced to pay for 4 rooms when we only wanted two. We were told we could only check in when we paid for all four despite having confirmed by email we only wanted two rooms three weeks before arrival. They dismissed our reasoning and the management hid behind their reception staff without engaging with us directly. No effort to negotiate or meet us half-way. We were very disappointed but they didn’t care. Hotels.com tried to reason with them but they still wouldn’t change their mind. Do not book here until their management changes
