Timeshare sellers…
False advertising. Pool was closed. Nothing for kids to do. Rooms are not handicap accessible as indicated; needed to change room due to stairs. Concierge service unhelpful. Need to get wristbands from concierge, which is just an excuse for a hard sell/time consuming pitch on timeshares. Even when I said not interested they continued to try and sell the timeshares and say we should not have used hotels.com to book the room. Very annoying. Internet was slow. However, room was clean and spacious. Lots of hiking and golf courses. Workout facility was nice.

Property was good as usual. Problem is we booked through Expedia and then had a change of our scheduling causing us to need to cancel the last day of our planned stay, we tried to get a credit for the last night of our stay a week before our arrival, but got absolutely no help from Expedia or Wyndham. THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME WE USE EXPEDIA.

I liked everything about the property. The setting was serene and complete stillness at night; just lovely. One could walk various nature trails. We watched deers and various species of birds. The staff was helpful and knowledgable with friendly smiles.

It’s not your traditional hotel stay. It is condos turned into hotel suites. A lot more private then a normal hotel. Only difference was there wasn’t any cleaning done while we were there. Would have been nice to get better directions on how to get the room cleaned. But we weren’t at the room long enough to get anything dirty because we were playing the awesome golf courses they have!
