Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find
Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find, took over 1.5 hours driving in circles, asking directions twice, which no one was really sure of. The location on Google maps is a locked gate of the National Bank of Ireland. A bit far from Dublin city center. Seems more like a dorm for a college, comfortable enough. TV wasn't set up for use. Luckily we were just looking for a place to sleep and moving on the next day.

The hotel seems worn out carpet had holes in it and walls had dings. They said the were renovating but I didn't see any construction going on.

Do not stay here
First, GPS won’t get you here, not even close. We mentioned this at check in and was told “we know.” This would have been helpful information on the hotel site. The hallways were filthy with leaves and debris all over. There’s a vacuum in the hallway - obviously not used. The room carpet is horrible. Debris on it as well and stained. As bad as this was, nothing prepared us for the shower. There is mold growing in the grout and the shower molding. The bathroom door stop has something growing around it. Shower is tiny so washing your feet without touching the disgusting walls is not possible. Beds are very hard. We had booked 2 nights and unfortunately could not opt out of the second night. Came back from sightseeing late the second day and the hallways still were not vacuumed. “Housekeeping” consisted of putting new towels in the bath and pulling the covers over the pillow. Sheets weren’t even tucked in. The outdoor noise was terrible. Kids screaming and crying until midnight. Doors slamming shut in the hotel. Went to the mall located close to the hotel on Saturday night. The stores closed at 7pm. Nothing else to do as we aren’t bar people. The pictures don’t show how filthy this place really is. Even the walls look dirty. By far the worst place I have ever stayed.

College dorms
These are more similar to college dorms, the location is definitely in need of some deep bleach cleaning. The bathrooms were really dirty. The night staff was not very pleasant, however the morning staff were nice.
