Horrible experience
The day we checked in me, my wife, and baby got stuck in the elevator for almost 30mins. The elevator did not had maintenance and they had to call fire department to rescue us. Fire department did a good job rescuing us. We later realized now both the elevators had stopped working so the only option was to shift all our bags by stairs to 4th floor and was a tedious task

I've had better for sure
My second experience with a Hilton hotel and much more of the same — while its clean and the staff is wonderful, the amenities just do not stack up in 2023. Outdated technology like TVs maxing out at 720p with satellite-only channels (most of which were unwatchable during a storm), a squeaky and old elevator, and wallpaper peeling at every edge was a bit much for me. Staying in a king-size suite, I couldn't understand one side of the bed having a nighttable with reading light, plugs, and more... and the other having a basic table with a lamp. No plugs. If you're looking for an extended stay with breakfast included, look somewhere else — I was told breakfast was not included and was over $16 a person. In an area with MANY MANY options for that meal, that's not only outrageous but straight up robbery. As I noted, I stayed at another Hilton a few years ago in another state and it seems to be a lot of the same. Beautiful lobbys but everything else stuck in 2005.

The room smells the pillows and sheets did not smells clean was not please with the room . We found a ball of hair in the bathroom. I will not stay at this hotel again
