Best Bang for Buck Hotel EVER!
OK, the price was right so I popped on this place. When driving up the outside looks like many of the communist era buildings. Plain and Drab. I was worried the inside would be similar. Boy was I wrong. it was incredible inside. Newly refurbished room with good accents. Very comfortable. Good bath with large shower. No bathtub though. Great Bar area, Great Breakfast/restaurant area. Service was great and their English was good. Very helpful for someone visiting that didn't speak Polish. Go visit the Ferrari dealership next door. Nice safe neighborhood close to some good places to eat. Inexpensive taxi to anywhere you need to visit. This is my go to spot any time I am in Warsaw now!!!

Decent for the price
The room was as expected for the price. Hard beds, small bathroom, but all around decent. The balcony was great. We ended up bringing the indoor chairs out and spending a majority of our time out there, since there were no chairs of a table outside for such a big balcony space, one would expect something. There was also no Airconditioning which was a major disappointment, considering it was 80*+ every day we stayed. The staff was amazing, helpful and understanding, the room service was quick and the bar was "ok". They have two beers on tap. A little expensive, but what you can expect for hotels. They also ran out of our choice wine after two bottles which was a bummer. In the end, Overall this was a very good budget hotel.

Good out of centre Hotel
Nice Hotel. Bit out of Warsaw centre but on a frequent Tram route. Could not find any Bars, Resturants etc in the local area so you are pitty much stuck with the Hotel. It is mainly a residential area, Building work going on at the back of Hotel, but we had no problems. With the window closed, we could hear no noise at all.

Not so well. Mattress was awful.
Far from city center but interesting surrounding. Mattress was not Hard enough so you simply sink in it. Reception had no solution for that problem. I had luck because I continued my stay in a 4 star hotel.

Good hotel in a fairly tree-ish area of Warsaw.
It was good. The area was easy to drive into with our rental car and park. The hotel parking lot also has 24 hour security. Fairly close to Tesco too. It is also easy to get to in the day by tram. The hotel is in a fairly tree-covered area for Warsaw. I previously stayed here in 2013 and the hotel has undergone serious renovations. In 2013 it didn’t have A/C, most of the furnishings looked like they were from the 80s, but now it looks like a modernised Best Western.
