Hotel from a nightmare
It was scary I am not joking; from the fleas on the bed to the smell of puck in the air. I don't know what to tell you.. I stuck to the floor when I went to use the bathroom, I could actually see my shoe prints when I walked out. When I washed the floor with one of the hand towels it came back brown to no surprise. ( I did this so I would feel ok to step out of shower) Now let me tell you about the shower; the curtain kept opening up one my due to the shower rod coming out of the wall. As I am fighting this curtain I end up cutting my finger. Then if you are actually looking at these walls there are probably 120 snot boogers, and this was just in the bathroom. As you walk into the other part of your room to the bed you see them everywhere. These people who clean the room need to wash the walls too. I mean YUCK! I am telling you DO NOT send people here I would have rather of slept at the airport than here. This place is gross they reuse the plastic cups because how else do you explain ALL my cups in the room NOT having any plastic on them. I stay at A LOT of hotels and this one is in the TOP 5 BAD ones.

Rude and unconcerned
These guys were terrible. I had all the documentation and they still couldn't find our room. They didn't even try to be helpful. Just sent us packing. The couple before left angry too. Really bad customer service. I will never go back.

Not a friendly hotel. Staff was OK, but not over friendly. There is a sign in the lobby advising that hotel guests can only sit for 15 minutes. Hot tub was war except when blistering hot water shot out of one of the nozzles occasionally (be very care if you sit on the side with the pool). We repo it, but the girl at the desk wasn't concerned. Pool water was murky. Beds were comfortable, room spacious, and the shower was nice. Skipped the waffles and cereal for McDonald's.

I stayed there because it was cheap, had wifi, and was close to the job site I was working. In trying to use the wifi to keep up on my shows I found it to be completely unusable.I tried running a speed test to see how fast it was but it couldn't even finish that. I brought my complaint to management but they insisted everything was fine and I wasn't actually haveing a problem. Not even a faked apology. I'll be working there a few more weeks but will NOT be using this hotel again.
