I had reservations for a year ahead. The property is closed every year beginning November 1st. We drove 300 miles to find out the reservations we had were no good.Travelocity should have not booked our reservations for November when the Hotel is closed.

We loved this place so much our first stay 3 years ago we decided to come back. Unfortunately, it wasnt the same. We were sad to find out upon arrival that the pool area was closed, there was no waterpark for our kids to play at (They were really looking forward to returning there for that reason especially). Our room wasnt very clean. Crumbs in the fridge handle, goldfish crackers on the rug, and a baby sock from someone else as well on the floor of the room. Just wasnt what we were expecting. Not the same experience as 3 years ago.

We booked this hotel for a weekend and we’re disappointed to later find out the water park was closed for the season. (It says water park passes included in stay) the water park was around the corner at a different hotel, maybe .05 miles away. We over heard several people upset by this as they were checking in. The room was dated and it felt as if the staff was stacking people on top of each other (it was loud above us and on each side of us) they were not terribly full either as there were hardly any cars in the early morning. The sliding door did not lock and it didn’t make us feel comfortable about safety.
