Hotel is nice in quiet and safe neighborhood
Hotel is nice in quiet and safe neighborhood 2 supermarkets, Cafes, Czech Restaurants and a Pizza Restaurant next to Hotel. Rooms is extremely Hot you will need to borrow a fan or ask to open windows. Rooms are nice and clean. Good size bathroom and shower. Tv channels mostly in German and Czech. (Please more English channels) Tram to Center is line 7 to metro station Strasnicka get off at Mustek Never exchange money with strangers that come to you on the street. They with give you fake money. Use banks or exchange kiosk's Don’t take taxi’s waiting on the street they are cheaters and overpriced. You can download apps Uber, Taxify and AAA taxi and order fair priced taxi. They have a refrigerator you must put your name, room number and check out day on hotel food bag. They will throw all your food away if you don’t do this. This is not a fair or good system and a big waste of food. We lost €20 of food. They threw it all away. There needs to be 2 refrigerator for all clients there is not enough space for all clients. Sign of refrigerator is to small and not in all languages only in English, German and Serbian. It should be in Chinese, Russian Spanish Italian French which is most of the languages the guests were speaking. We had to help Chinese guests as they were putting all their food in the refrigerator in super market bags they would have lost all for like us. This is the only issue we had. We recommend the Hotel.

Hot and poorly trained staff: can get way better
It's a mix of a hotel and a hostel. This should mean I could get the better of both, but instead, I feel like I got the worst. First, the laundry was broken and I disliked how the person I talked to at the front-desk seemed to just don't mind about it. She seemed to hate her job because no attention was given to the issue. Second, the rooms are really hot during early summer. There's no A/C, and not even a fan. The windows only open at the top, so it doesn't ventilate properly for this time of the year. I made a second reservation for a couple days (total, 5). They didn't allow me to keep the same room and transferred me to one on a higher floor. It was as hot as the one below (floor 20 vs. 8, I think), and the bed sheets seemed dirty and there was a towel on the floor when I got there. I promptly told the front-desk staff and left the room expecting it to be fixed once I got back. It wasn't. I told another staff and they tried to send someone right away. However, no one ever went there, as I came back one hour later and the hotel was still dirty. I talked with the same person I talked about the laundry this time and she just handed me a set of towels and bed sheets for me to change myself. I would give this hotel a second chance if I got a deal like I did, but just not anytime near summer. And I'd appreciate if their front-desk staff were more friendly and well trained.

A good place ti crash for a night
I just needed a place to crash for a night and this was good value for money but keep your expectations realistic. We shared a kitchenet and a bathroom (good size with shower) with another room. It is close to railway station or deepo so count on some noise. Situated outside of the city center you will use your car if you want to visit the center.

Only 1 issue with our stay at A&O
Everything was mostly great, however 2 out of our 3 night stay we were woken up by the fire alarm at around 3 AM that went on for about an hour both times. Never really found out why.
