Lovely grounds and nice pool, but lots of confusion among the staff about whether they can fit a rollaway bed in a room. Also the bathroom had a bunch of rust on the vanity- seemed like it had seen better days. We stayed there about 8 years ago for a wedding and it seemed to be in better shape then.
Customer service was great! The only little draw back was that there was a big wedding while we were there and it was lovely but we had to go the long way around to our room and trying to get to the pool was the same - but other than that it was a very good experience & would like to stay there again
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Estancia during our visit to UCSD. The staff was friendly, the grounds were gorgeous, and the cookies upon check in were to die for! Thanks for a great stay!
The area and hotel were amazing, the A/C was extremely loud though and the walls are pretty thin; I can hear my neighbors conversation. Beds are little noisy but outside of that, the food and atmosphere are well worth it!
