    Great room, poor workout area
The room was excellent, very comfortable and clean and the wi-fi was excellent. The workout facility was disappointing. It was in the basement, had no wi-fi and 3 of the 4 treadmills were out of service.

Find a different hotel, this one is not worth it.
I would not stay at this hotel again. It was expensive for a below quality hotel. Hotel is old and noisy. No pool. No workout room. No clock in the room! All Hard Rock style décor gone. I could go on and on but for the $300 a night they charge I would never recommend it to anyone.

    Facelift needed. ASAP.
This hotel is so run-down and needs some major TLC. The service levels also left a lot be desired. When we checked in there was no one greeting at the front, we got to the desk agent and he just told us about the bad day he was having, once I got to my room there were very visible signs of wear and tear on the hotel. I also had to call down for in room dining menus and bathroom amenities that had all been missed in my room.

    Terrible mother-daughter getaway
It would certainly have been nice is Hotels.com alerted us that the hotel was CLOSING in 2 days. There were no amenities, rooms were disgusting - pretty much a "ghost town" except for the huge fire sale in the lobby to sell off the fixtures. And oh, thanks, Hotels.com for your lack of attention when I inquired.

Staff was great but the reason I chose this hotel was for the rock and roll memorabilia and a friend told me you could get a robe with the emblem on it. No one told us that they were shutting the hotel down and most of the memorabilia was being removed at weekend and that the roads were all gone because they were not going to be in business. I think they should have notified guess that they were going to be on limited services when you make the reservation. The staff at the front desk and the maid services were very friendly and did a great job as far as treating the guest
