When we checked in at 8:00pm there was a line at the check in/registration desk with only one employee at the front desk. We waited approx 30 minutes to check in. The employee was doing a great job but needed assistance. I assume management knew they were going to be crazy busy since the hotel was fully booked/sold out for the night. (Whole Waterloo area was sold out due to 3 large events in town). She did well to keep calm & provided excellent service.

The check in staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable although they were very high off the ground. We had to use a step stool to get in them. The toilet was very very low. The bathroom fan was so loud that it shook the headboard. The last night we were there someone was smoking some seriously strong marijuana. The whole building stunk.

Ive been coming to stay in waterloo the last 3 weeks and this hotel is the 1st one i felt safe in clean rooms not afraid that i was going to catch bugs or something from the beds or bathrooms the food was great service was 100% i just wish i would of gottwn to the pool !! Maybe next time and there will be a next time

Did not take time for the breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable. Beds were nice and air conditioning quiet and working. Looked like the room has had recent upgrades, paint, etc. TV was modern too. Overall a great stay and good value for the price.
