We booked with the description saying we had room service and come to find out while we were staying there that we do not. Everyone was extremely welcoming. Bartenders Jay and Devin were fantastic. This resort is amazing! The staff are fabulous (Maryann from the gift shop and Glenda from the Sandals Travel Booking were 2 of our favorites). The best thing about the property was the staff, especially the staff at the workout facility and pool -Nyah was terrific and her high energy helped make the work outs fun. The cleaning staff was also great - especially Kishamka. The fact that there were so many dining options as great, although we would have liked more local foods on the menus.
