This is an excellent hotel if you’re looking for a clean, safe, convenient spot in Florence. Especially is you’re only staying one or so nights and then will be on the train again. It is literally directly across from the station. When you leave the train and get to the end of the train walk out the doors on the right and go directly across the street. The tram is also right in front of the hotel. I read all the reviews on this hotel and there is NO bad odor at all. The staff is service oriented. Plenty of hot water for a nice shower and clean sheets.
