Diamond Cliff Resort and Spa

This hotel was amazing. From the moment we checked in to checkout the staff was great. From the people at the front desk to the security that will stop traffic for you to cross the street when walking out of the hotel to the city/beach. The shuttle was helpful to get up the hill. The hotel went out of their way to leave a cake and fruit in our room for my wife’s birthday. Both pools are nice. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Will definitely be staying here again when in Phuket. Miss the view already.

I had a business trip to Bangkok for 1 week. After that, I decided to have a vacation at some Resort, The Diamond Cliff Resort was chosen. The Resort's service have a high level, The room was clean and maintanced very well with outstanding view on the sea. Two pools are very good! They don't have their own beach, by walk is about 10-15 min, The center is located about 30 min by walk or 10 min by TukTuk (300 Baht). The breakfast is standard breakfast. The wifi was poor at the Big Pool. If you like to stay in the bed a little in the morning, you probably will hear the neighbors are walking at the corridor. All in General - It was very enjoyable stay at the Hotel.

Amazing Stay. Clean and comfy Hotel, the Pool view was the best.

This is a beautiful hotel with a clean fresh look. The grounds, pools, gardens are very well maintained. View from our room was unbelievable. The hotel is built on the side of a hill so you pretty much need to take a hotel shuttle everywhere because the roads are so steep. It’s about a ten to fifteen minute walk into the beach area and town. When you look online at the hotel, it appears to be right on the beach/water but it is actually across a busy main road. Breakfast was included each day and was wonderful as well. Many choices in both Thai food and American. The Sea Salt restaurant across from the hotel was outstanding as well. Great cuisine and ambiance. Staff was impeccable from start to finish. The group we had was older so the hills and steps were a bit of a challenge. Great for younger people in good shape. Not good for seniors or people with physical challenges. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expections and we all had an incredible time. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great resort and the service is awesome, but the only thing is that it does not have its own beach (access) and you have to cross a busy street (very high traffic) to get to the beach area which anyway is not that nice. Also it is situated on a hilly area and one must go up and down a lot from the rooms to the pool, restaurants, shops, etc. but they do have a shuttle service that does take the guests all over the resort so it is not a big deal. The views from the rooms are awesome!
