Peaceful Visit
Had a good visit partially due to free 2 hour electric bicycle ride provided by hotel. Room was extremely small. Free ice cream after the spa was a real plus. Location is beautiful with fantastic views of Mt Fuji from the hotel roof. A forest park next door was very beautiful and peaceful. Hot spa was clean and well designed.

For a hotel that such a decent price, there was so many freebies. Almost felt like I was at muji hotel again where you could take home so much stuff. First off, there was yogurt drinks free, ice cream free, soba noodles at 930-1100 pm and foot hot spring and regular hot spring. The room was great with a secondary door to block our sound. The washroom was immaculate and shower was epic with a wand spray that like power washing a car. It was a amazing experience and I would choose to go back time and again.

Very clean and modern hotel mixed with Japanese style. 5 mins car ride to JR Gotemba station. We booked a twin room, bed and room size adequate. Bathroom on the smaller side. Great facilities! Foot bath, rental bikes, onsen (even provide complimentary ice cream & yakult after onsen!) Good selection of breakfast items, very good value! Staff speak smattering English but are helpful though. Highly recommend this hotel!
