I stayed here a whole days for Christmas, & it was amazing! I loved the "starry pods", fell asleep so fast!The people are so friendly & welcoming & went out of their way to make me feel comfortable! If you are looking for a place to stay in newyork and wanna save money, you must stay here! This place is quiet, clean, convenient, and relaxing! I loved being here!

Got checked out early because i got sick on the property, Window isn't sealed so it's like -1 in the room (caught a cold because of it ), heater wasn't on at all, and you have to pay to get an extra small blanket It's now been 11 days since I'm trying to get refunded the days I couldn't be in the hotel, but they will never answer you, do not go there except if you want to lose money and catch a disease of some kind.

Misleading photos and disappointment
I was excited to book a stay. I loved the pod look and have been searching for one everywhere. I thought I was getting one of those capsule pod things they show in the pictures… I got a bunk bed. I wasn’t really thrilled because I did have homework to do and thought I purchased that specifically for homework use. It was confusing to get to.. because the building doesn’t have an obvious sign. And when you go through the tiny entrance you go to a desk straight back and there’s signs like there’s a check in… but Nap York’s check in isn’t on that level. You have to go up to the 4th floor. There’s no signs for that… so that was kind of awkward. The look of it is cute though. Small, and cute. My room had 3 bunks (6 beds) only 1 wasn’t occupied. My roommates were respectful so they weren’t an issue. I was just put off by the room because again… the pictures lead me to believe I could get one of the pods. Kind of bothers me they’ll never see this because it really influenced my stay. Anyway. My bunk seemed fine but there was a bottle of water with 1/4th water left in it which leads me to believe it wasn’t cleaned well. And they only give you a SHEET for your bed. So… luckily my room was hot af because that sheet wouldn’t keep anyone warm.
