Not worth the money
The breakfast was very poor.. The amount paid is unreasonable for the service you get

Could be a nice place, BUT
Resort fees? Please stop right here, as this is NOT a resort. Granted it was stated before hand, but my expectations for a resort fee would equal going to a resort! The pool here is the size of a koi pond, and free WiFi, popcorn & breakfast I can get at any Best Western. Resorts that I visit give me a welcome drink and Lei... they have pools, bars, restaurants and are ON the beach... However, the worst part was the bug IN the bed crawling on me at 3:30 am... now I’m from Hawaii, but perhaps if there wasn’t a one inch gap under the door to the room, bugs wouldn’t get in!! Should I also mention the hall light glowing ALL night under the door?? Overall it’s a shame. Could be a nice hotel, but missing the basics. A special mention is the part when I rated the check in, and I got an uppity response from the management. Nope! Not staying here again! Have fun ripping off the tourists

Very nice hotel just off the busy Waikiki Main Dra
Very nice, smaller hotel in the Waikiki area for a quick stop over before our journey home. Short walking distance to the beach and all that is Waikiki. Offers a nice continental breakfast, towels and chairs for the beach and a heated pool too. Wi Fi is free and works well.

Happy with my stay
Decent place in a convenient location. The breakfast was quite good and the staff was very nice. As others have mentioned, be aware of the $25/night additional fee. My only major complaint was how humid our room was. I stayed in another hotel in the area and the room was very dry, but this one felt muggy no matter how much we ran the A/C.

Hidden fees
The hotel was good. They let us do early check in which was nice! The employees were all great and amazing people! The annoying hidden fees were not. I don’t understand why they had to tack on 30 dollars at the end of our stay for fees when that could have been established at the beginning. I can say no if the price is too high when I’m ordering the room. But to be tricked and told the total for the room is $170 and then after pay an extra $30 is dishonest. I’ll be using a hotel that doesn’t deal in tricks next time.
