Very unhappy with both the Hotel and Expedia. The Hotel was closed upon the scheduled arrival time. Near by business said it had been closed for 3 days!
Expedia failed to process a refund and stated the hotel was open, even though I enclosed a copy of the front door with the Closed sign!
