Never again.
Paid for two rooms with one credit card (mine) but one room was not under my name so she had to show iD and fill out another form. Staff member at desk was too rule oriented. Polite but very robotic. Also wonder why id is needed (most hotels ask now)? Seems to be another invasion of privacy.
But staff member on desk upon leaving was very congenial and helpful.
Also ‘free’ breakfast in restaurant. Asked by staff to leave because it was full and we were finished. But Several empty tables. And it wasn’t ‘free’…Still had to pay over 300 dollars for one night on two rooms for three people. That is not free! We were in Edmonton to visit a dying relative. So needed time to discuss and process. 🤔😥
