CANCELLATION POLICY SMELLS FOUL
Reserved a one night stay for a relative coming into New Jersey for Business. The Flight was cancelled, within 20 mins of making reservation I call Days Inn and Expedia to cancel the reservation. Both Days Inn and Expedia said due to Cancelation Policy there will be no refund or credit for another stay. So NO ONE checked into Days Inn and my AMEX card was still charged $160.00. THANKS FOR YOUR FOUL SMELLY CANCELLATION POLICY.

Go to Holiday Inn Express Instead.
No Internet connection for my company business. Phone cord kept coming out of receiver. Bathroom had a smoker smell. No paper pen pencil to write. Not enough electrical outlets. Breakfast in paper bag. Too much money spent an night but can't have the Wifi and other benefits as per website. False Advertising. Will NOT stay at another Days Inn EVER AGAIN.
