Girls Weekend
The property is very clean and the units was very spacious. Also, right on the beach. Which is nice. Even if you don't have a beach view, the intercoastal is also pretty. The front desk agent is very chatty. She told us her life's story...and her adult children's...and her classmate's... It was a bit awkward. We just wanted to get checked in and get to our unit. But we wanted to be polite. So we just stood there and listened. The water heater didn't allow for multiple people to shower within a period of time. One person showered and then by the time the 2nd and 3rd person tried to shower, the water was luke warm. Not sure if this specific units owners have the hot water turned down. But it was a bit frustrating when trying to get ready for the evening. Overall, the place was good. It served its purpose for our needs.

Room with a view c
The hotel is in a wonderful location, lots of places to walk to, directly on the beach. The staff is fantastic. Definitely a drag to have to pay for parking especially when it’s not season. The fifth floor pool and bar are wonderful. They do not serve very much food nor do they serve regular alcohol. Just an FYI My only complaint is that the keypad on the hotel room doors is very difficult to use.

This property is new and clean. We thought there were few amenities for the high add-on fees. For example, we were charged a daily resort fee of $30 which included 2 bottles of water a day. Our room was 3 bedroom and slept 8. After the initial 2 bottles of water, we were never offered any more. In addition, we were given 4 bath towels upon check-in and were told if we wanted more, we needed to put dirty ones outside the door to the room and they would be replaced. The location was very nice and the room was spacious, but there was nothing overly impressive about this property.
