Krabi Heritage Hotel, Krabi

Older hotel property. Rooms were clean and modest, nothing fancy. The hotel itself was not air conditioned so breakfast was stifling hot. Breakfast got stale, same thing everyday. The pool is small and not enough chairs for everyone. If you don’t get there early you won’t get a chair. The staff was very nice although did not speak great English. The location was great close to the beach area and restaurants.

Nicely renovated hotel at good location. Staff not very friendly and their English is very poor, at least for a 4-star hotel. They also tend to say YES when they don't understand you. Big room with great ocean view. Room cleaning staff shows up at 4 PM/

Krabi heritage was a very nice hotel with exceptionally nice staff. The area was just right for us, plenty of restaurants, bars and shops and a short walk to the beach. Towels were provided for the pool area. Breakfast was really really nice, 10 out of 10 from me, a range that was to wide to mention everything. The beds were not bad, a little harder than I’m used to and the air con was a bit on the noisy side. The WiFi signal was always very good in the room, though we did find we had to log on again several times, this wasn’t really a problem though. The balcony was a bit small, fine if there are only two of you in the room but if you had a third person or child in the room too no way of getting an extra chair out there. The only thing that really let our stay down was very poor drinks service and poor organisation at the New Year gala dinner, no prices on the drinks menu which we knew would most probably mean inflated prices - this was confirmed at check out! Would I stay here again? Yes, but not if it included a compulsory Gala Dinner evening.

Krabi Heritage is located just a 5 minute walk from Ao Nang Beach, location is comfortable and breakfast is really good, it has a variety of fresh fruits and cereals, a Egg station and several other dishes, they could just improve the quality of the coffee since they only have Americano and is a little bit rancid. For the quiet guests try to book a room closer to the beach since the RCA area is just one block away and during night can be a little bit noisy, or try to bring earplugs, specially during weekends. There is a variety of restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Overall I recommend to stay in Krabi Heritage .

Great location, near to beach, bar street. Hotel is comfortable. Hotel lobby have travel agent which offer better price for Krabi excursion than travel agent out there on the street.
