The stay was nice. I didn’t have the opportunity to access the pool area. I was informed the whole property was non smoking (even on the balcony) however I witnessed several people smoking on their balconies. It was a designated area for smoking but if it there was no smoking 🚭 on the property, especially in the rooms and balcony it should be for all residents. Other than that it was nice. Any problems I had in the room, was addressed promptly.
Good location from the strip. We did have a problem with the room. The windows wouldn’t open and when I tried to open the blinds it fell completely off. We called to get it fixed. Maintenance never showed up until 500 am while we were sleeping and proceeded to drill into the wall! At least we knew it wasnt our fault as the maintenance told us that they had cut the material too short and it could have fallen at any time! Front desk and management didn’t do much to help or understand the situation. Good location but service and room not up to par. 2/10 would stay again.
We rented the penthouse. The rooms were big and had a lot of space but the jacuzzi can use some cleaning the floor of it was dirty like it hasn’t been properly cleaned. That goes for both jacuzzis in the penthouse. So we did not take advantage of the jacuzzi. Other then that it was ok
Great price! No light bulb in the first Villa. We were offered a compensated night only to learn they really did not want to comp you another night. If you plan on doing that, know it is like applying for a credit card at this resort. I never had this kind of experience at a resort in Vegas regarding a comp room. I was at Excalibur for my last trip, and the compensation process was as easy as checking in. Not sure why we were treated this way.
Nothing like the first time we went. Our first room had the carpet soaking wet with nasty humid smell. Only other room available like ours faced a tree. No strip view. They no longer have the great game room for the kids. Now they have an activity room that charges for everything. Pool table not available only ping pong. But table faces the door and sliding door opens everytime ball touches. Then employees look aggravated. As for the pool. Guest are on employee time. No one can be there all day but as soon as you want to use the slides they going on break. And you can't swim on slide side. You can get hurt when someone comes down. Even when no one is there. Won't adjust the rules accordingly. One great thing was they didn't push the timeshare down your throat.
No longer great kid friendly. No more game room. Now an activity center that charges for every activity. Many employees rude and not very helpful when just asking a question. Hotel decor still outdated.
